The certificate is ideal for:
- Individuals with undergraduate degrees who are considering additional education in real estate finance or have an interest in exploring real estate as a professional area of interest
- Master and MBA students who need an extra specialized certification as part of their curriculum
- Professionals with an MBA or other master’s degree who are ready to advance or change careers
With this certificate, students will be well prepared to confidently pursue a career in commercial lending and real estate finance. Common job titles are Real Estate Analyst and Real Estate Investment Manager.
Part-time Semester-intensive "Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments" Program Curriculum
The IREFIM offers a part-time semester-intensive Certificate in Real Estate Finance in its Madrid Campus. The topics covered are the following:
- Basic Mortgage Math
- Real Estate Asset Pricing
- Real Options and Development
- Mortgage Finance
- Real Estate Capital Structures
- Commercial Real Estate Debt in Distress
Classes will be offered on Thursday afternoons for four consecutive months, from January 24 to April 25, 2019.
Students are expected to attend the meetings at the Real Estate Association (REAS).
