Our sponsors fuel our association. They give us the means to book professional venues for our events, to order catering and cocktails, and to reward the speakers for their participation. They also enable us to offer scholarships for our students to take real estate courses at ESCP Europe. One example of such a course is the Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments. In return, our sponsors are assured that they can hire the best talented students with proper education in real estate. Sponsors also benefit from the intrinsic satisfaction of investing in the education of young professionals. This creates a reputation and a loyalty towards our sponsors which expands to the whole ESCP Europe community. Sponsors are also able to increase their reach, create brand awareness, and benefit from the media exposure in their target markets. Our goal is to create long-lasting relationships through a productive collaboration with our sponsors.
The sponsorships that we are cyclically seeking for will serve the purpose of financing our education in real estate matters. The sponsors will be investing in us so that we will be able to return this commitment through internships and job positions. Through these funds, we will be able to create initiatives that will help us learn and grow as young professionals in the real estate industry.
Our events are at the center-piece of REAS. We organise evenings with industry actors in order to learn from their personal experiences, their companies, and activities that shape the industry. It is an opportunity for us to network, but also for the professionals attending to network amongst themselves. By such, we also become an intermediary amongst influential entities at a local level. Expanding in all of ESCP Europe campuses will multiply our networking impact.
We are creating alliances with firms which are offering internships and job vacancies for us. We are investing in training ourselves through courses and conferences about real estate subjects in order to be prepared professionally. This is why we have initiatives such as the Real Estate Finance and Investments course at ESCP Europe Madrid.
The access that our partners grant us to visit sites is a value added for the REAS members. From terrains in construction to the finalisation of buildings, we are able to tangibly witness how the whole development process of real estate occurs. In fact, it is in these moments in which we understand the depth of real estate beyond the valuation of buildings and their investment models, and are able to appreciate the complexity of this industry.
